“Aspire For Her was born on Women’s Day 2020 out of my sense of disappointment with the very low participation of women in the Indian economy and the declining trajectory of women’s workforce participation. As per McKinsey Global Institute, this is almost a trillion-dollar opportunity for India.
At Aspire For Her, we are adding a million women to the workforce by 2025. It is my life’s work to create a generation of financially independent women who will transform India’s economy. We work with women of all strata to motivate them to enter and stay in the workforce – as job seekers and job creators. We strongly believe that financial independence is the cornerstone of all other forms of independence.
