Social Entrepreneur

“I sold my thriving company couple of years back to focus entirely on giving forward to the society. I have set up Seva Tarang Foundation (www.sevatarang.org), a Section 8 company, where we offer back office services to other Non-profit organisations. In that sense I am already living my promise.

I believe that while there is always a feeling that no amount of money is enough no matter how much you make, the truth is that you don’t need much to lead a good decent standard of living even if one were to consider extended years of active life.

The last couple of years, since I am exposed to the Social sector, has been a very humbling experience. There are so many NGOs doing exemplary work and yet there is so much more to be done. There are thousands of crores being infused year on year and yet the need is much more.

I think by signing up with #LivingMyPromise, this belief will get stronger and being with like minded fellow LMPians will constantly provide me inspiration and avenues to work for the social good. Since the promise can be fulfilled even though my will, it further simplifies fulfilling the promise..”
